Horrible customer service

Trying to get a refund as my items were not delivered to my house. Awful customer service, its been over a month and they will not respond to me.

21 your Promenade Mall location is engaged in dishonest and unprofessional conduct doing shelf price switching at the point of sale! I went into the store based on the text.

The price on the shelf tag read $19.99 and there is advertised promotion of buy one get one free.

I was told the price of the jeans was $39.99 and with the promotion a second pair would be free so it equals the $19.99 each. I pointed out the shelf tag says $19.99 so even without the BOGO one pair would be $19.99 but with it it should be 2 pairs for $19.99.

When I took these pictures the staff were removing the $19.99 price tags and said a staff member forgot to remove them yesterday.

While I understand a mistake may have been made by staff the store should still be obliged to honour the price on the shelf at the time of a purchase!

I want Blue Notes to honour the shelf tags for $19.99 and the BOGO promotion!

I know bluenotes was originally called thriftys but is false marketing

Saying that bluenotes is thriftys is just not true because all of your clothing is fast fashion which is not horrible but its important to not buy from all the time. This is so important because ethical shopping is so important and something that isnt actual ethical should not be labelling misleading like thriftys.

I ordered an e-gift card paid with Apple Pay which had my old inactive email. Realized it immediately and sent an email explaining the situation with the order # and correct email. It has been 12 days and Ive not received anything but computer generated responses. I have emailed multiple times asking for help but nope!!!

Im really disappointed at Bluenotes! I made an order on Dec 3 and one item was damaged. I emailed customer support with pictures, but I didnt hear back in a week. I had to return it to the store and re-ordered online. My new package came in today. Guess what? I ordered 8 pieces but only came in 7 pieces. That item is missing!!! I only ordered twice and both had I issues. I asked my husband to check it with me together and hes checked and hes sure that Im not crazy or see things. I will rate you 1 star for wasting my time going back and forth!

I went to this store for the first time and it will be last. The fitting rooms were closed and my boys didn't have the opportunity to try on the pants. When they tried on them at home, these were too big for them even we picked the smallest size your store carries. My teenagers are tall but skinny. They offered a store credit but that isn't a solution for my family. We just need pants. Customer service at the store was really bad (Bluenotes @ Oakville Place). Your company needs to be flexible with your refund policy when your fitting rooms are closed.

I ordered a pair of shorts from Bluenotes and I received them with the security tag still on them. Ive called and left them a voicemail and they sent me an email saying to leaving a review. My issue hasnt been resolved yet. Id like them to send me a return label paid for so I dont have to pay to return this item.

I orderd some stuff online and i have a different shippi address then the address on my card. The payment for $44.79 is deducted from my card but I didnt get any confirmation of the order it showed me zip cod did not match . It did not give me any order number either. So either sent me the money back or deliver the stuff .

Once the information is entered, a hold is automatically and immediately placed onto the funds by your credit card company. Do Not Buy Online

I bought several items on line on Cyber Monday. It took two weeks to process my order. There is no 1-800 to call it's all by email. I have several active tickets open. Not one has been answered. Finally I get a email my order is shipped. The following day I get a notice that my order was shorted. That the two items I actually wanted were no longer available, due to their atrocious delays in processing. Two weeks later I received what was left of my order only to find my order was short another item. So I can't contact anyone for a refund. I sent another email with pictures and I wait and wait again. This is THE WORST online store ever. Even Ebay and Aliexpress has better guarantees and support. Bluenotes offers no support, this has been a total nightmare and gong show. Please do not buy online. I still have no resolution to my purchase problems. They clearly have added unwanted stress to my Christmas. Terrible terrible service.c

Felicia is a Buyer at Bluenotes. My encounters with her have been nothing but disgusting. I want to share with you the language that was used by Felicia Malovatski in her text messages. Employers be warned. She is discriminatory and verbally abusive. She has wild temper. If you want to see all the abusive messages I received from Felicia Malovatski, please send me a message. I will happily forward them to you. I share this review because I feel companies should be more aware of who they hire. I don't think anything can justify such abusive language.
